saturday i went to the ONE REPUBLIC concert and i can only think of one word to describe it : AMAZING!!
Ryan tedder is amazing, his singing, his energy and his jokes too hilarious...
At exactly 10.30 when the show was scheduled to begin it started raining. I'm not even kidding! after waiting for an hour and a half for the show to begin (we went early to get better seats which we did), we had to wait more time but it wouldn't stop raining. It was heavy rain or anything but there was no way to play & risking the instruments getting wet. like ryan so charmingly explained it: "you have water and you have electricity" not a good combination he even reinacted a scene of one concert they had to do in the rain, it went like this: he goes up to the mike and gets tossed back.....(you have to imagine him doing that)
But after a little bit of waiting for the rain that wouldn't stop, they covered the instruments with plastic and came out on stage and started the show.....once they started singing i don't know if the rain immediatly stopped or it felt that way.....we were having the best time ever!
Two days later i'm still humming the songs, i hope i get to see them again cause i really enjoyed myself!
